Return Policy

IndoorDoctor, LLC will accept the return* of any new unopened product. IndoorDoctor LLC does not accept reutrns of used purifier products. We would be glad to assist in coordinating the repair or exchange of a product with the manufacturer on your behalf.

* We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs). All returns must be in like brand new unused condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
