A burst pipe in our basement led to some awful looking mold growth, even after we removed standing water and used commercial blowers to dry everything out. “I sent a message to Indoor Doctor and within 10 minutes got a call from Jeff, the owner. The minute I started talking to him I knew this was going to be an excellent experience. He was so upbeat, positive, and couldn’t be more willing to help. I explained the air quality issue I thought we were having in our basement, and he suggested he could have a tech out that afternoon. We arranged for a 1 hour window, and the tech actually called me 30 minutes before the beginning of that time and said he could come over within 10 minutes. Wow. Such incredible punctuality and attention to customer needs. When Abe, the tech got here, he explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how long he was going to take. He followed all COVID procedures, and even put little booties over his boot so as not to track any dirt around our house that might be on his boots. When he finished with his calculations, he explained in detail what he had discovered, showed me the change in the sampling of the air for particulate matter before and after the air filter was turned on, and indicated one area of concern that I hadn’t noticed before. He explained that the written report would be sent to me on Monday night (after the Friday afternoon visit), and right on time it arrived. Today, the next day, Jeff, the owner called and asked if I had any questions. The level of service, the clarity, and the positivity with which the work was done were all outstanding.
